It is not our store policy to provide refunds or exchange products. We will however, happily meet our obligations as per the "Consumer Guarantees Act"
You can claim for an exchange, credit or refund if the goods you purchased are:
- Faulty, or wrongly labelled;
- Different to a sample that was shown to you at the time of purchase;
- Does not do what it’s supposed to, as per the product’s description;
As long as you:
- Have the receipt as proof of purchase and;
- Return the goods in their original state, i.e. unused and with the price labels still on.
